gloama

From the days you can’t start,
to everything beyond.

It was never laziness.

You’re not lazy.

Your brain just doesn’t run on their rules.

You want to start, but it has to be perfect. So you never start.

You think, you plan, you imagine. And still can’t move.

You’ve failed so many times that hope feels naive now.

You’re already collapsed, and pretending you’re fine.

You got up once. You’re scared of the next fall. You don’t know how you’d climb back.

If any of these is you,
you’re in the right place.
What if I can’t do anything?

Then don’t. Crash mode is one tap away. Every task drops to Zero, small enough for the worst day, and resting still counts as showing up.

Still glowing.
Pull me up.
And on the good days?

A to-do list is already waiting, sized to your energy. You set the pace — gloama matches it.

○ The email I keep avoiding
○ Reply. Even one line.
So it’s a to-do app?

It’s a partner. gloama learns how you fall and what you can still do, then runs the Recovery Loop with you — picking you up when you crash, keeping pace when you fly, quietly cheering the whole way.

Won’t it get boring?

It’s made to be beautiful. And showing up brings you moths — some common, some rare, all yours. The collection is your record, and when you break, it doesn’t die. It waits.

A moth from the collection
All of this exists to say one thing:
You didn’t go out.
There’s still a light in you.
And wherever you’re going,
gloama goes with you.
A luminous moth
Just show up.
We’ll carry the rest.

I built gloama because I needed it.

Ten years in Korea as a tattoo artist and
an office worker, I kept collapsing —
burnout, ADHD, depression.

And I wrote those years down. Every time
I fell apart, and every time I clawed back.

Not every day. There were empty months. But I never fully stopped.

That record is where gloama came from.

Burnt out isn’t burnt up.
There’s always something still glowing.

Most apps assume you’re broken and
need more discipline.

When you’re already down,
discipline just freezes you harder.

gloama goes
the other way.

Lower the bar to Zero. Move anyway.
You’ve got nothing to lose.
